Neal E. Stauffer
Neal E. Stauffer is an active trial attorney and has a Martindale-Hubbell® AV Peer Review Rating™* attorney. He has been actively trying cases in state and federal courts since 1989 and is a graduate of the National Trial Advocacy Institute at the University of Virginia.
Before he became an attorney, Mr. Stauffer worked in the insurance industry for 10 years as an agent and an adjuster. He knows the industry from the inside, an undeniable advantage when preparing for trial.

Mr. Stauffer has served as general counsel to the International Association of Arson Investigators in Oklahoma. He is a member of the teaching staff at numerous major insurance companies for insurance contract interpretation and special investigations. He also lectures on bad faith, EUOs, and premises liability.
Jody R. Nathan
An AV-rated attorney, Jody R. Nathan has been practicing law since 1986. The majority of her practice is devoted to personal injury and insurance coverage issues, including products liability and professional liability claims. She represents clients on state and federal levels and is admitted to practice in Oklahoma and Arkansas. She has also represented clients before the United States Supreme Court, the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Attorney Nathan is active in the Oklahoma Bar Association and has served in the OBA’s Law Office and Technology Section. She clerked for the Oklahoma Supreme Court during law school and served as a judge on the Oklahoma Temporary Emergency Court of Appeals. She has provided legal counsel for insurance companies in the past.

Rebecca Woodward
Admitted to practice law in 1982, Rebecca Woodward has more than 25 years experience handling commercial law, insurance defense, and employment law cases. She is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma, Texas, the United States Supreme Court, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Attorney Woodward is an AV-rated attorney and a member of the American Indian Law Review. She has lectured on numerous legal topics, including employment and fraud issues, on behalf of employers and bar associations.
Nathan G. Parrilli
Nathan G. Parrilli received his J.D. in 2000 from the University of Tulsa College of Law. His litigation work focuses on insurance defense, insurance coverage defense, subrogation, workers compensation, civil litigation, and torts. He is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma.
